What a seat is
A seat is one person's card on your company address. You buy seats in blocks of five, at least five to start. When somebody leaves you hand their seat to the next person: the address, the printed QR codes, the people who wrote in and the numbers all stay with the seat.

A seat is handed on, not reprinted
When somebody leaves, the next person moves into the same seat. The address on the printed business card still works, the QR codes still work, and everything written to that seat stays with it.

Your own address is your company page
The bare company address is your company page: your logo, a short about and your contact buttons, and people can save it to their phone. It lists your people only if you switch that on.

How much does a seat cost?
A seat is priced per person and charged every 3 months, with your plan. A company in the United Arab Emirates pays the dirham price shown here, with the 5% VAT inside it. Everyone else is charged from the US-dollar price, which stands in brackets beside any price shown in your own money, so you see what is charged before you pay. Seats come in blocks of five, and five is the smallest team.
Why blocks of five?
A team account starts at five seats. After that you add or remove seats five at a time, so the bill is simple to read and the price per person never changes.
What happens when somebody leaves?
You hand their seat to the next person. The address stays the same, so the QR codes already printed on paper still work, and every person who wrote to that seat stays with it. Nothing has to be reprinted.
Can each person edit their own card?
They can change their own details: name, title, phone, email and the rest. The design is yours unless you switch them to the full dashboard, where they design their own card.
Does the company address list our staff?
Only if you want it to. Your bare company address is your company page: your logo, a short about and your contact buttons. It lists your people only when you switch on Show our people on the company page, and then only the cards that are published. Each person's card also sits at their own address under it.
What do I need before I can start a team?
Nothing else: your seats include Pro. Choose how many seats you need and pay for them, and your team starts as soon as they are paid for. If you already have a card with us, open Team in your dashboard and buy the seats there: your account becomes the team account, with the same sign-in.
Do you charge VAT?
A company in the United Arab Emirates is charged 5% VAT, and it is inside the price you see. Outside the UAE no tax is added. Every payment gets a numbered tax invoice as a PDF.
Can we pay for more seats part-way through a period?
Yes. When you add seats, only the part of the period they are used for is charged, and it is charged straight away. When you remove seats, what is left of what you paid for comes off your next bill.
