Wave alternatives, free plan first
Both are free to start, and the difference is in what the free plan holds.
Wave prints a free plan carrying a card, wallet sharing and a lead form, with paid tiers above it. This site keeps one card free with a lead form and a pass (messages are read on Pro), and prices its paid plan well under theirs.
Comparing free plans properly
A free plan is only generous in the places you actually need. Theirs holds a card, unlimited sharing, wallet sharing and a lead form, and it would be silly to pretend that is not a good deal.
Read the table for what each free plan carries rather than which is longer. Most people need three or four rows of it and can ignore the rest entirely.

Wave compared with this site
Their team tier gives an administrator bulk editing, templates and locked content across everybody's cards, from three seats up. A manager tidying twenty cards will feel that difference on the first afternoon.
On this side the paid plan is aimed lower and costs less: the wallet passes, the location alerts, the WhatsApp layer, the signature and the background, for one person or a small team that runs itself.
Where Wave is the better choice
Two fair reasons to pick theirs.
- Somebody comparing free plans feature by feature: theirs names a lead form and wallet sharing without paying, and it is a generous one.
- A team of three or more that wants one admin screen and bulk editing over everybody's cards.

What is in the free plan here?
A published card on your own address, its QR code, the lead form, and the contacts of whoever writes to you, with a small line naming the site.
Does the free card expire?
No. It is not a trial and there is no date on it; it stays for as long as you want to keep it.
When is it worth paying?
When the wallet pass, the alerts, the signature or the background start to matter, or when the small line naming the site is in your way.
Do you have an admin screen for a team?
Yes, a team screen with seats and one look across the cards. The plans page carries the per-seat figure.
Publish a free card and judge it
A fortnight of handing it over tells you more than two feature tables ever will.
