Accepting your invitation and setting a password

When your company gives you a seat, you get an email saying your company has a card waiting for you, with your card's address and a link.

1. Open the link in the email. The page shows your company's name and your card's address.

2. Check Your name. Your email is the address the invitation was sent to and cannot be changed here.

3. Type a password in Choose a password, at least 10 characters.

4. Press Take my card.

You are signed in and taken to your card's screen, with the line Your seat is ready and this browser is now signed in as you. From now on, sign in with that email and password like anyone else. See How do I sign in?.

If the page says the invitation is not open

• It has expired: the link lasts 7 days. Ask your admin to send you a new one.
• It has already been used: sign in instead, or ask your admin for a new one.
• Somebody already took the seat, or the seat has been closed: ask your admin.

If your email already has a login with us, the page asks you to sign in instead of choosing a password: sign in with Google, Apple or your password, and the page says you are one tap away. Press Take my seat and the seat is added to the login you already have, beside anything else it holds. If you were already signed in with that email, you only press Take my seat. If somebody else was signed in on this browser

Taking the seat signs this browser in as you. If the company's owner was signed in to the same dashboard on this browser, a strip at the top says who is signed in, and a button that starts Back to and names them takes them back to their own dashboard. Sign out signs everyone out of this company's dashboard on this browser.
