Vistaprint prints cards in many papers and puts a QR code on them pointing at a web address you choose when designing. Point that code at a card on your own link here, and the details behind the printed paper stay current.
Static paper, and the address on it
Ink dries and that is the end of it. A box of five hundred cards is a snapshot of your telephone number on the afternoon you ordered them, and a new job or a new number turns the box into scrap paper.
The code changes that, but only if it points somewhere you control. Point it at a page you can edit and the paper outlives the details on it; point it at a page you cannot, and you are back to reprinting.

Their page says the code is created during design and "links exactly where you want". It does not say the code can be changed after printing, so this page does not say it either -- point it at your own card link and you keep that control yourself.
Vistaprint compared with this site
They are a printing company and a serious one: papers, shapes, thicknesses and quantities from fifty upward. We print nothing at that scale and the sensible thing is to send a file to whichever printer suits you.

Three things they simply do better, with no hedging.

Yes. Copy the code from your dashboard, drop it into whatever you are printing, and it opens your card wherever the paper comes from.
Do you print cards yourselves?
The design and the print-ready file are what this site gives you, free, and you take that file to the printer of your choosing.
What happens when my number changes?
You edit the card once. Every printed code already in circulation opens the new details, because the code holds the address rather than the number.
What file does a printer want?
A PDF at three hundred dots an inch with a three millimetre bleed and crop marks, which is exactly what the maker downloads.
