The card health check
All plansReview us opens with five checks run on your real card, a score that is simply the checks passed, and the one thing to fix first.
In your dashboard: Review us > Card Health & Compliance Audit > the Run Full Diagnostic button
Last updated
Open Review us near the bottom of the menu. The screen is called Card Health & Compliance Audit, and it checks your real card every time it opens.
Press Run Full Diagnostic to read everything again after you change something.
Preview Public Card opens your card in a new tab, the way visitors see it.
The score is the checks that passed, out of 100: four of five passing reads 80. It is a measurement, not a compliment. Beside it is the first thing worth fixing, or Optimal Card Health when all five pass.
The five checks
In the Diagnostic Checklist, each row is marked PASSED or NOT DONE YET, and a row that is not done yet says exactly what is missing. The grey word above each row names its group:
- Design & Visuals: whether the words on your card's button are easy to read against your brand colour. If not, pick a deeper brand colour on My Card. See Using your brand colour.
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: whether your card can be saved as a wallet pass. Each row names what is missing, such as the Pro + Wallet plan; the Apple Wallet row also asks for a place pinned for the lock-screen alert. See What is a wallet pass?.
- My Card & Offline: whether your card is published, so it can be added to a phone's home screen. See How do I publish my card?.
- Contact Standards: whether every phone number on your card is written the international way, with its country code, like +971 50 123 4567, and whether Allow One-Tap Contact Saving is ticked in Settings. See Adding phone numbers, emails and websites and Letting people save your contact in one tap.
A row that is not done yet is not a fault: it may simply be something your plan does not include. Fix what matters to you, then press Run Full Diagnostic to see the new score.
