Adding phone numbers, emails and websites

1. Open My Card and the Contact tab.

2. Under Phones, press the button to add a phone.

3. Pick or type a Label, such as Mobile, Work or Home, and type the Number.

4. Under Emails, do the same: a Label, the Address and, if you like, a Subject line (optional) for emails people send you from your card.

A card takes up to six phone numbers and six email addresses. The first of each is the one the Call and Email buttons use; use the arrows on a row to change which comes first, and the bin to remove it.

The quick boxes on Settings & Look (Direct Mobile Phone, Work Email and Website / Portfolio URL) are the same first rows.

Country codes

Include your country code, like +971 50 123 4567. A number with a country code is saved in its international form. A number without one is read as a number in your account's country, which you set in Settings; with no country set, it is kept exactly as you typed it.

WhatsApp and text messages

On Pro each phone row has two switches, WhatsApp on this number and Takes text messages. With either one on, you can add First words of their message (optional): the words a visitor's text to you starts with. A WhatsApp message starts with them too, unless you set a message for your WhatsApp button on the WhatsApp screen.

Websites

On Pro, add up to six websites under Websites, each with a Label (optional) and its Address. An address that starts with http:// is changed to https://, and one your card cannot open is marked in red.
