Guest Wi-Fi, ways to pay, menus and embeds

The Extras tab holds the links behind buttons such as Book a time and Menu, a chat app, your guest Wi-Fi, the ways people can pay you and embeds.

In the field list on Settings & Look, pick Book a time, Video call, Menu, Order online, Reviews, Brochure, Portfolio, Chat, Guest Wi-Fi, Pay or a way to pay, Embed, Map embed or Booking embed. Its row opens on the Extras tab, under Action links and extras.

Booking link, Video call link, Menu or price list, Order online link, Leave a review link, Brochure (PDF) link and Portfolio link are the addresses behind the buttons of the same name. Each box says where the link will open, or marks it in red if your card cannot open it.

A chat app

Under Chat, choose the App and type how to reach you there: a username, a number, an email or a link. Where the app has a web link for it, the Chat button opens it. Where it does not, such as a WeChat ID, visitors copy it with one tap.

Guest Wi-Fi

Under Guest Wi-Fi, type the Network name and the Password, or leave the password blank for an open network. Your card shows both, with a code a phone camera can scan to join and a button to copy the password.

Take care

Anyone who opens your card can read this, so use your guest network, never your own.

Ways to pay you

Under Ways to pay you, add up to six. Pick the Method (PayPal, UPI, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Wise, Revolut, Payoneer, a bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Lightning or another link), type the Details and, if you like, Button words (optional).

  • A PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or Revolut name opens that service's own page for paying you.
  • A UPI ID opens a UPI app, can be copied, and has a code to scan.
  • A bank account, a Zelle email or number, and a crypto address are copied with one tap and never opened as a link. A crypto address also has a code to scan.

The first one is the Pay button. All of them show together in their own section on your card, with a line saying the visitor pays you directly.

Embeds

Under Embeds, show up to six things from YouTube, Vimeo, Spotify, SoundCloud, Google Maps, Calendly or Cal.com inside your card: choose where it is From, paste its normal Link and add a Heading (optional). Paste the link only, never code. On your card an embed shows a still first and opens when it is tapped.

Good to know

On the free plan the Extras tab is greyed, with a Pro feature pill.
