Adding your photo, logo and cover picture

There are two places to add pictures. Both change the same picture, so use whichever you like.

On Settings & Look

1. Open My Card on Settings & Look.

2. Under Profile Photo URL, press Browse file and pick your photo.

3. Under Company Logo URL, press Browse logo and pick your logo.

On Designs & Themes

1. Open the Designs & Themes tab.

2. In Add images, press Upload under Profile photo, Company logo or Cover photo.

3. To swap a picture, press Change. To take it off, press the bin (or Remove on Settings & Look).

Pictures must be PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 5 MB. A head-and-shoulders photo works best, a logo with a see-through background looks cleanest, and a wide picture suits the cover.

Where each picture shows

• Your photo sits at the top of your card, in the shape you pick under Photo shape. The Banner and Poster designs show no photo.
• Your logo shows near your name. When there is no photo, most designs put your logo where the photo would be.
• The cover picture fills the top of your card with the Photo header style, and also shows with Modern and Blocks and on designs made around a photo.
• Your photo also goes into the contact file people save.
