Setting your time zone

All plans

Your time zone sets the dates on Billing, the hours on Analytics, when a message you schedule goes out, and the dates in our emails about your plan.

In your dashboard: Settings > Your account > Time zone

Last updated

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Under Your account, choose your time zone in Time zone. Each is named after a region and a city, such as Asia/Dubai or Europe/London.

  3. Press Save.

An account made on the sign-up page, or made for you with a print order, starts on the time zone of the phone or computer you used. An account made before that starts on UTC, and until you choose, Home shows a note with a link here. Every screen that uses your time zone names it, such as Asia/Dubai (UTC+4), with a Change link that opens this list.

What it changes

  • The dates on Billing.
  • The hours of the day on Analytics, so the busy times are your own. See Your busiest times.
  • When a notification you set for a date and time goes out: the time you type is read in your time zone. See Scheduled sends, events and holiday greetings.
  • The day a WhatsApp reminder falls due.
  • The totals of the notifications you have sent, counted in whole days on your clock.
  • The dates in our emails about your plan, such as the day it renews.
  • The dates and times on People, Notify, Wallet, WhatsApp, Links and Team.

The daily chart on Analytics and the dates on Signatures count days in UTC.

It changes nothing on your card. The time zone your card shows visitors is a field of its own in My Card. See Showing your address, map and opening hours.
