When does my plan renew, and will you remind me?

Your plan renews by itself until you cancel it. Billing shows the date beside your plan, after Renews on. The card on file is charged that day, and the date is in your account's time zone.

The reminder

• We email the account's owner before each renewal: 7 days before a yearly one, and 3 days before the others.
• The one-place location alert, charged each month, gets no reminder.
• A plan you have set to end gets no reminder, because it will not renew.

The email is called Your Pro plan renews on, followed by the date, and says what will be charged. Nothing is needed from you to keep the plan. If you would rather it stopped, cancel before that date and nothing more is charged. See How do I cancel?.
