Do you give refunds?
All plansThere is no money-back guarantee, because the free plan is how you try the product; where the law gives you a right to change your mind, that right applies, and a refund is recorded as a credit note.
On the Refunds page: When a refund does happen
Last updated
We do not offer a money-back guarantee on paid plans. The free plan is how you try the product before you pay for anything: it is free for ever, not a trial, so there is no need to risk a payment to see whether it works for you.
If you are in the EU or the UK
The law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. A paid plan starts working the moment you pay, and the box you tick on the payment page asks us to begin at once, which, as the law allows, shortens that right once the service has started. It does not remove any right you have that cannot legally be removed.
When a refund does happen
For example to settle a card dispute, or because the law requires it. A refund is recorded as a numbered credit note against the original invoice, and it appears on Billing under Payments and invoices. See Where are my invoices?.
If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will look into it. To stop future payments, cancel: see How do I cancel?. The full position is on our Refunds page.
