Where are my invoices?

1. Open Billing and scroll to Payments and invoices at the bottom.

2. Find the payment. Each row shows the Date, What it was, the Amount charged and its Invoice number.

3. Press Download PDF.

Every payment gets a numbered tax invoice, and every refund a numbered credit note. They come from Anunzio International FZC, numbered in order from the company's own invoice book. A refund's row says Refund and names the invoice it is against.

The amount is what was charged, in the money it was charged in. The name and address on the invoice are the ones given on the payment page. For the UAE the invoice shows the 5% VAT on its own line; for other countries it is marked out of scope of UAE VAT. See Is tax added to the price?.

Number pending

A new payment's number can take a little while. Until then its row says Number pending — the PDF arrives by email as soon as it is numbered. See Do you email my invoices?.

No payments yet? The panel says No payments yet, and each payment you make is listed there.
