Can somebody else on my team pay?

Only the account's owner can start a payment, change or cancel the plan, add or remove an add-on, and buy or change seats. Anyone else who presses one of those buttons is told Only the account's owner can change the plan. or the same about add-ons and seats.

• An admin of a company account runs its seats (inviting, handing on and closing) but does not spend its money.
• A team member never sees Billing at all: their only screen is their own card.

Paying with the company's card

The owner can type any card on the payment page, such as your company's, and the billing name and address of your company. Those go on your tax invoice, and the invoice is emailed to the billing email given there, with a copy to the account's owner. See Do you email my invoices?.
