My bank asked for an extra check
All plansSome banks ask you to confirm a payment in their app or with a code; until you do, nothing is switched on, and Billing or Team gives you the button to finish.
In your dashboard: Billing > Finish paying
Last updated
Some banks ask you to confirm a card payment: a message in their app, or a code sent to your phone. It is the bank's own check, and it keeps your card safe.
On the payment page
When you pay for Pro, a credit pack or your first seats on the payment page, the bank's check opens right there. Confirm it and the payment goes through.
After a one-press add-on or seats
An add-on or more seats are charged to your card on file without a payment page. The form says under Pay with that if your bank wants to check the payment, you answer it on the secure payment page - and when it does, that page opens straight away. Nothing is switched on or added before the payment goes through. If you leave the bank's check unfinished, Billing says Your bank asked for an extra check on this payment.
Open Billing. Under Add-ons a line says one add-on payment is waiting for your bank.
Press Finish paying. The bank's check opens on the secure payment page.
Confirm the payment. The add-on switches on as soon as it goes through.
For seats, the Team screen says the same, and the seats are added as soon as the payment goes through.
If the bank says no to the card, that is a decline: see How do I pay?.
