Do I need an app to open a card?
Anyone who got a cardNo: a card opens in the web browser your phone or computer already has, with nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
On the card you were sent: the Share this card button

A card is a page at its owner's own address, such as yourname.visitingcards.store. Tap the link or scan the QR code and it opens in your browser.
From the card you can call, message or email its owner, save their contact to your phone, and pass the card on with Share this card.
Want to keep it? Add it to your home screen, and it opens from its own icon like an app, still without an app store: see Adding a card to your home screen.
