Why is my card off and my dashboard greyed?

Your company pays for your card. When that payment has not gone through, a line at the top of your dashboard says so: your card is off until your company's owner updates the payment. Every screen takes you to the same greyed page until then.

• Anyone who opens your card, or one of its links or QR codes, is taken to our home page for now.
• Your card, your contacts and your messages are all kept. They come back the moment the payment goes through.
• You can still sign out, and open Help from the greyed page.

There is nothing for you to pay or press. Only your company's owner can update the payment, so if it is taking a while, ask them. When it goes through, your card and your dashboard are back as you left them.
