Your full dashboard as a team member

Your company's owner can switch your seat from a locked card to the full dashboard. When they do, the next page you open is your dashboard's Home, and the menu has the screens a card needs.

• My Card: design your own card - its look, buttons, sections and photo - and publish it.
• Print Design, Signatures and Backgrounds: your printed card, your email signature and your video-call background.
• People, Notify and Links & QR: the people who wrote to you or saved your card, messages to them, and your links and QR codes.
• Analytics: your card's numbers.
• Review us, Help and Settings: a check of your card, your own help questions, and your password and your card's settings.

Everything you see is your own card. You never see the other seats, the contacts written to anybody else, your team's billing or your company's settings.

Messages to the people who saved your card go from your own Notify. While you are on the full dashboard your company's owner does not send for your card; they send for your company page and for the cards on the locked card.

Screens that ask you to ask

Wallet, WhatsApp and Store are in your menu but drawn greyed, with one line asking you to ask your company's owner to turn them on for you. Until then your card offers your company's wallet pass, when your company has one, and the WhatsApp button on your card is set in My Card.

When your owner turns your wallet pass on, Wallet opens for you: design your own pass there and press Publish, and your card offers your pass instead of your company's. Until the payment goes through it says your wallet pass is being turned on. Your pass carries no places.

When your owner turns your WhatsApp on, WhatsApp opens for you on your own card: read the terms for your own number and press I accept, then Connect my number, and scan the code with the phone that holds your number. Until the payment goes through it says your WhatsApp is being turned on. Your messages go out from your number only to people who have written to you there first.

Store is in your menu the same way. When your owner turns your store on, it opens for you: add your products, switch Open my store on in its settings, and people buy from your card at your card's address followed by /store. You are emailed each new order, and you mark it paid or cancel it there. Until the payment goes through it says your store is being turned on. If your store is turned off later, your orders stay yours: open Store and press the line with your orders to mark them paid, cancel them or download them.

Your messages use your team's credits. When they run low, Home and Notify tell you how many are left and whom to ask for more.

What stays your company's

• The line above your card's form, which says your company receives what people send.
• Hiding your card or bringing it back, and leaving the team: ask your owner to hand your seat on.
• Your company's name, country, time zone and address.

If your owner switches you back to a locked card, your card wears your company's look again, your own design is kept for next time, and you are taken back to your one screen. See Editing your company card.
