Giving a member the full dashboard
Company accountsOpen the seat from Team, choose Full dashboard and press Save: that person designs their own card and uses the card screens on their card only, and it costs nothing.
In your dashboard: Team > Open beside a seat > What this seat can use > Full dashboard

Every seat has a switch with two choices. A new seat, and every new person, starts on Locked card.
- Locked card: they change only their own details, and their card wears your company's look.
- Full dashboard: they design their own card and use the same screens you use for a card - Home, My Card, Print Design, Signatures, Backgrounds, People, Notify, Links & QR, Analytics, Review us, Help and Settings - on their card only.
Open Team and press Open beside the seat.
In the panel that names the person (What this seat can use while nobody is in the seat), choose Full dashboard.
Press Save. The next page they open is their full dashboard, on their own card.
Only the account's owner can move the switch, it works once your team's seats are paid for, and it costs nothing. You can set it on a seat before anybody takes it.
What stays yours
- Team, Billing, and your company's name, country, time zone, address and the delete are never theirs.
- They see only their own card: never another seat, and never the contacts written to anybody else.
- Their messages go out from your team's one pool of credits, 20 a month for each seat you pay for. Their seat's page shows how many their card used this month. They never see a price.
- The line above their card's form still says your company receives what people send.
- They cannot hide their card or close their seat: that stays yours.
Wallet and WhatsApp are in their menu, drawn greyed with a line asking them to ask you. See Your full dashboard as a team member.
Turning on a member's own wallet pass
On the seat's page, under What this seat can use, the row that starts Wallet pass for and their name shows its price a month, added to your team's plan. Press Turn on: your card on file is charged now for the rest of this period, and it opens for them as soon as the payment goes through. They then design and publish their own pass on Wallet, and their card offers it instead of your company's. Press Turn off to stop it: the days not used come off your next bill, and the passes people added from their pass stop working.
The row is there for a seat on Full dashboard that somebody has taken. If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, the row says Waiting for the payment with a Finish the payment button. The person never sees a price.
Turning on a member's own WhatsApp
Under What this seat can use, the row that starts WhatsApp from and their name works the same way: it shows its price a month, added to your team's plan, and Turn on charges your card on file now for the rest of this period. It opens for them as soon as the payment goes through: they accept the terms for their own number themselves, connect it, and use the WhatsApp screens on their own card only. Your company's own WhatsApp does not turn theirs on. Press Turn off to stop it: their number is signed out at once, and the days not used come off your next bill. See Your full dashboard as a team member.
Turning on a member's own store
The row that starts Store for and their name works the same way: it shows its price a month, added to your team's plan, and Turn on charges your card on file now for the rest of this period. It opens for them as soon as the payment goes through: Store opens on their own dashboard, and they run their own store on their own card - their products, orders, promotion codes and sales - at their card's address followed by /store. New orders are emailed to them. Your company's own store is not theirs, and theirs is not yours. Press Turn off to stop it: their store closes, nothing in it is deleted, and the days not used come off your next bill. The row is there for a seat on Full dashboard that somebody has taken.
Their orders stay when their store is off. They still see them, mark them paid, cancel them and download them. On your own Store, under Orders, the list of your team members' own stores opens any person's orders for you too, whatever state their store is in. When you hand the seat on or close it, their store is switched off and their own payment links and words are cleared: the next person starts with it off and never sees their buyers.
Events and bookings are your company's own. They run on your account, and Sell on our company page on Team shows them on your company page.
Above Turn on, Pay with lists your saved cards with the card in use chosen. If your card is declined, nothing is turned on and nothing is charged: the page says Your card was declined with a Use another card button - type a new card on the secure payment page, and it is paid at once and opens for them as soon as it goes through. See How do I pay?.
Switching them back
Choose Locked card and press Save. Their card wears your company's look again at once; their own design is kept, and comes back if you switch them to Full dashboard again. Their own words, photo, buttons and sections stay on the card, and their messages that send themselves are paused. Their own wallet pass, WhatsApp and store are turned off - the days not used come off your next bill - the passes people added from their pass stop working, their WhatsApp number is signed out, and their store closes with nothing in it deleted.
While a seat is on Full dashboard, its What this card says panel lists the card's details without a form, because the person edits them in their own dashboard.
