Taking an invitation back, or copying the link
Company accountsOn a seat's own page you can copy the invitation link to send it yourself, or take the invitation back so the link stops working at once.
In your dashboard: Team > Copy invite link

Copy the link and send it yourself
Use this when the invitation email did not go, or when you would rather send the link by message.
On Team, find the seat. A seat whose email did not go, or that nobody has been invited to yet, has Copy invite link on its row. You can also press Open beside the seat and use Copy invite link under Or hand over the link yourself.
Press Copy invite link. It changes to Copied.
Paste the link into an email or a message to the person.
The link works once and stops after seven days. Making a new link stops the last one working. If your browser will not let us copy it, the link is shown in a box for you to copy by hand.
Send the email again
Press Open beside the seat and press Send it again under Send the invitation. You can change the email address there first.
Take the invitation back
Press Revoke on the seat's row, or open the seat and find Take the invitation back.
Press Take it back, then Yes, take it back.
The link stops working at once, even in an email somebody forwarded. The seat stays exactly as it is, with its address and everything counted for it, ready for somebody else.
