Where the company's contacts go
Company accountsThey belong to the company: each seat's card collects its own, they stay with the seat when the person changes, and the owner and admins can download them all from Team.
In your dashboard: People > People > the Export to CSV button

When somebody leaves their details on a seat's card, they are giving them to your company, and the card says so above the form. The person in the seat will follow up, but the contact is the company's.
- People lists the people who wrote to your company's own card.
- Team shows the total for every seat under People who wrote, and each seat's own count on its row, marked wrote in.
- Export to CSV on Team downloads everyone who wrote to any seat. See Downloading everyone who wrote to your team.
- A team member on a Locked card sees how many people wrote to their own card, but not the list itself. A member you switch to the full dashboard sees their own card's list on People and can download it; each download shows on their seat's page. See Your full dashboard as a team member.
When a seat is handed on, everyone who wrote to it stays with the seat, so the new person carries on where the last one stopped. When a seat is closed, they are kept too. See When somebody leaves: handing a seat on.
