Seeing a member's dashboard as they see it
Company accountsOn a member's seat, press the button that starts with See and their name: their dashboard opens as they see it, for 30 minutes, nothing pressed there is saved, and they see that you looked.
In your dashboard: Team > Open beside a seat > The person

You can open a team member's dashboard exactly as they see it - their card on Locked card, or their whole dashboard on Full dashboard - without their password and without signing out of yours.
Open Team. Beside Open on a member's row, press the button that starts with See and their name - or press Open and find the same button under The person.
Their dashboard opens. A strip at the top of every screen says Nothing you do here is saved.
Press Back to yours to come back to the seat's page.
What you can and cannot do there
- Look at every screen they have, drawn from their own seat and their own card.
- Nothing you press there is saved: a save says You are viewing their dashboard, and that changes are made by them or by you on the seat page. You can still download what their screens show - Export to CSV on People and on Analytics - and the download is recorded under your name.
- It closes by itself after 30 minutes and you are back on your own dashboard.
- If the 30 minutes run out while one of their screens is still open - say your laptop went to sleep - pressing something on it saves nothing: you are taken back to the seat's page with a note saying so.
- Signing out ends it too.
- While your team's seats are not paid for, their dashboard is locked, so it cannot be opened this way until the seats are paid.
Who can do this
The account's owner and its admins, and only for team members: nobody sees the owner's dashboard or an admin's this way. To change a member's card, use the seat's own page. See Editing what a seat's card says.
They see that you looked
Their screen shows Who looked at your dashboard, one line for each look with your name and the day, for 30 days. Each look is also kept in the account's change log.
