Setting the company look

On a company account, Company page in the menu is your company card: your bare company address draws it, and every seat wears its style, its colours and its logo. Choose them once and every seat follows.

1. Open Company page in the menu. On Team you can also follow the Company page link in the Your company's look panel.

2. Choose the design, the colours and the logo, the same way as for any card. See Choosing a design and Adding your photo, logo and cover picture.

3. Save. Every seat's card shows the new look.

A member on Locked card - where every seat starts - cannot change their own design. Their screen has no design controls at all, and their save never changes the look. They can change their own details: name, title, phone and the rest. See Editing your company card.

If you want somebody to design their own card, switch their seat to Full dashboard. Their card then wears their own design instead of yours; the line above its form still says your company receives what people send. See Giving a member the full dashboard.

One design across every card means a card from your team always reads as your company. Your company's own address is your company page, and it lists your people only if you switch that on. See Your company page.
