Your company page
Company accountsYour company's own address is your company page: your logo, a short about and your contact buttons, saved to phones like any card, with your people listed on it only if you switch that on.
On your card: Company page > Your company page
Last updated
Anyone who opens your company's own address, with nothing after it, sees your company page: your logo, your company's name, the short about and the contact buttons your company card carries (phone, email, website, directions and your social links), and Save contact, which saves your company to their phone as a contact.
Where you change it
It is your company card. Open Company page in the menu, change it the way you change any card, and press Publish. The heading is your account's name, not yours, and the lines that belong to one person - a job title, a department, pronouns, a photo of you - are left off the company page. See Changing your account name and Setting the company look.
Until you publish your company card, the address shows only your company's name and your logo (or your company's initials), with one line: Every card here is one of our people. Open the address you were given.
On people's phones
People can save your company page to their phone's home screen like any card, with your company's name under the icon, and turn on its notifications. You write to them from Notify: choose Company page in Send for. Your Notify also sends for every card on the locked card - choose the person's name - while a person on the full dashboard sends for their own card from their own Notify. See Sending a notification.
Your people on the page
Your people are not listed unless you want them to be. On Team, under Your company page, press Turn on beside Show our people on the company page. The page then lists every published card on your team with its photo, name and title, and a tap opens that person's card. Press Turn off to take the list away again.
A card that is not published, a closed seat, or a card that is off while a seat payment is owed is never listed.
Selling on your company page
Your company's own store, events and bookings are not on your company page unless you want them to be. On Team, under Your company page, press Turn on beside Sell on our company page: the page then shows your store, your events and your bookings, each one while it is open on your account. Press Turn off to take them away again. Your team members' cards do not change.
Search engines
Your company page is listed in search engines when your company card's search setting is on - the same setting every seat on the locked card follows - and the list of your people goes with it. A person who keeps their own card out of search is still on the list, but their own card stays out of search: search engines are asked not to follow the link to it, and their name is left out of what the page tells search engines about your company. Until you publish your company card the address is never listed. See Keeping your card out of Google, or letting it in.
