A seat is a card slot on a company account. Your company has one address, and each seat is a card under it: yourcompany.visitingcards.store/ali, yourcompany.visitingcards.store/sara, and so on (these are only examples).
The seat, not the person, owns the address, the QR codes, the people who wrote to it and every number counted for it. So when somebody leaves, you hand the seat to the next person and all of that stays where it was. See When somebody leaves: handing a seat on.
What every seat gets
- Its own address under your company name, wearing your company's look.
- Its own QR codes and tracked links, counted on their own.
- Everyone who writes to it, kept with the seat.
What a seat costs
A seat is $0.79 a month, against $0.99 a month for Pro on your own, so company cards are cheaper per person. Seats come in blocks of 5, with at least 5. See What a seat costs, and why blocks of five.
Your seats are listed on Team under Assigned Team Seats. A seat nobody is in yet shows as an Unassigned Seat row.
