What a seat costs, and why blocks of five

A seat is $0.79 a month.

Pro on your own is $0.99 a month, so a company card is cheaper per person. And the seats include Pro for the whole account.

The Team screen shows the seat price in your own money, with the US-dollar price in brackets, and each choice in the How many seats list says what that many seats come to a month. Once your team is open, the panel What a seat costs shows the same price and what your seats come to. Billing shows it too, under Corporate & Enterprise.

Why blocks of five

• A team starts at 5 seats, and seats are added or taken away 5 at a time: 5, 10, 15 and so on.
• A number between two blocks is never rounded up for you. The screen names the next block instead, so you are never charged for seats you did not choose.
• You can never go below the number of seats people are sitting in. Close a seat first, then bring the number down, so nobody's card stops because of a change on this screen.
