Printed and NFC smart business cards

Paper for the people who still want one, and cards a phone can tap, all leading back to your digital card.

Smart business cards are printed cards that lead to your digital one. Upload your own design, choose paper or one of two NFC cards, approve the proof and pay. On the NFC cards we write your card's address onto the chip, so a tap opens it.

Choose the card, the sides, the corners and how many.
In plain words

What are smart business cards?

They are the cards you hand over in person, printed from a design file of your own: a PDF, PNG or JPEG for the front and, if you like, the back. The file is checked as it uploads, you approve a proof on the screen before you pay, and the cards are made to order in the card size you choose.

The papers are 350 gsm matte, 350 gsm gloss, Premium soft-touch, extra thick, Recycled kraft, 450gsm Heavyweight Soft Touch Matte and Premium Cotton Uncoated 600gsm. Two cards are not paper at all: Frosted Transparent Plastic with NFC Chip and Anodized Black Matte Aluminum NFC. Each carries an NFC chip, and before they are sent we write your own card's address onto it.

Every printed order also makes you a free digital card at your own address, with the front of your design on it and the details you typed at the checkout. So the paper card, the QR code on it and a phone that taps an NFC card all lead to the same place.

What a printed card leads to

A QR code you put on your design, or the chip in an NFC card, opens your digital card, where the person can save your contact and keep the card on their phone.

What it does for you

What printed and NFC cards do for you

Nothing is printed until you have approved the proof.

Printed from your own design

Bring a finished design, or make one free in the maker and download it ready to print. Upload the front and the back, check the proof, and choose the paper, one or two sides, square or rounded corners, and how many.

NFC cards that open your digital card

The frosted plastic card and the black aluminium card each carry a chip. We write your card's address onto it before they leave, so a person taps the card against their phone and your digital card opens, ready to save.

A free digital card with every order

Every printed order makes the buyer a free digital card at their own address, carrying the front of the design and the details typed at the checkout. Its link comes in the order emails, so the paper card and the digital one start on the same day.

Questions about printed and NFC cards

Can I design the card here?

The print order takes a finished file of your own. The free maker makes one and downloads it ready to print, so you can design there and upload the result.

What does the NFC chip open?

Your own digital card. We write its address onto the chip before the cards are sent, so a tap opens your card on the phone that tapped it.

What if my cards arrive damaged or misprinted?

Tell us within 14 days of receiving them and send photos, and we reprint them or refund them. A design you approved on the proof cannot be returned.

Do I get a digital card too?

Yes. Every printed order makes you a free digital card at your own address, and its link is in your order emails.
