Yes. Every payment produces a numbered tax document from Anunzio International FZC with the company's registration number on it, downloadable as a PDF from your Billing screen and emailed to you. For an account billed in the United Arab Emirates the 5 per cent VAT is shown on its own line; for other countries the document is marked as outside the scope of that tax and shows the amount charged.
