There is no general money-back guarantee, and the Refunds page sets out the position in full rather than burying it. Where consumer law gives you a right to change your mind - the fourteen days in the European Union and the United Kingdom, for instance - that right applies and is described there. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will put it right.
