All plansYes, on iOS 16.4 or later, once the card is added to the home screen and opened from its icon; in Safari the card does not offer notifications.
On your card: Card Notifications > the Enable button

Yes. An iPhone offers notifications from a card only when the card is opened from its own icon on the home screen, and only on iOS 16.4 or later. In Safari, the notifications row on the card is not shown at all.
Add the card to the home screen. The steps are in Adding a card to your home screen.
Open the card from its new icon.
Under Card Notifications, tap Enable.
Tap Allow when the iPhone asks.
The row then says Subscribed. To stop, tap the button on the card that starts "Turn off notifications from", followed by the card owner's name, or turn them off in the iPhone's settings.
On Android, a visitor can allow notifications straight from the card in Chrome, without adding it to the home screen first.
The notifications row appears only on cards on Pro. A free card does not offer it.
If notifications were blocked, the row says Blocked, and they have to be allowed again in the phone's or the browser's settings.
