Nobody is getting my notifications / one person didn't get it

Pro

Only phones that allowed notifications from your card can get them; check Phones you can reach and What you have sent on Notify, then the person's own phone.

In your dashboard: People > Notify > Phones you can reach > What you have sent

Last updated

If nobody gets them

  • Look at Phones you can reach on Notify. Only phones that pressed Enable on your card and allowed notifications are counted. At 0, nobody can be reached yet. See Who can I send notifications to?.
  • Look under What you have sent. Each message shows how many phones took it.
  • Check your credits. A send that needs more credits than you have does not go out at all. See What happens when I run out of credits?.
  • Notifications are part of Pro, which is $0.99 a month.

If one person did not get it

  • They may have turned notifications from your card off, cleared their browser, or removed your card from their home screen. Their phone then leaves your count the first time a message cannot reach it.
  • One person gets at most one message from you a day, or two while you hold pack credits. See How often can one person hear from me?.
  • On iPhone, notifications need iOS 16.4 or later, and your card must be added to the home screen and opened from its icon. See Do notifications work on iPhone?.
  • Their phone's own settings may be holding it back, such as a focus or do not disturb mode, or notifications turned off for the browser or the card's icon.
  • They may have allowed notifications on another phone or in another browser.
Good to know

Push Allowed on People is the same number as Phones you can reach.
