My location alert didn't show

A location alert shows your pass on an iPhone's lock screen when that iPhone is near one of your places. The iPhone raises it by itself, so we cannot see when it shows.

• It needs an iPhone with your pass in Apple Wallet. For Android phones, see Why don't location alerts work on Android?.
• The place must be on the pass the phone holds. A new place reaches phones at once only while Instant Push Broadcast is on; otherwise each phone picks it up the next time it asks for the pass.
• The iPhone decides how near is near enough. How near, in metres asks for a distance, and Apple uses it or its own, whichever is smaller.
• The iPhone's Location Services must be on.
• The person may have removed your pass. Then nothing can reach their phone.
