What can I download, and which file do I send a printer?
All plansYou can download a print-ready PDF, a PNG or a JPEG and a print-at-home sheet, and the file to send a printer is the PDF.
In your dashboard: Your Card > Print Design > Print Specifications
Last updated
The download buttons sit under Print Specifications, below Save this design.
- Export Print-Ready PDF (300 DPI), also Download PDF at the top: both sides of the card at their real size, with the 3 mm bleed and cut marks around them. This is the file for a printer.
- PNG and JPEG: a picture of the side you are looking at, at 300 dots per inch, with the 3 mm bleed and no cut marks. Good for a screen, a message, or a printer who asks for a picture.
- Print at home - 10 on a sheet: a PDF page with ten cards and cut lines, for your own printer. See Printing cards at home.
- Export SVG, on the canvas only: the side you are looking at, as a file a designer can open and change. See Exporting your canvas design.
Choose the side with Card Front or Card Back (QR) if you want a PNG or JPEG of one side.
Press the button for the file you want. It downloads to your device.
Downloads are free on every plan and carry no watermark. If you make a lot of files in a short time, the screen asks you to try again in a few minutes.
Ordering printed cards from us? The PDF, the PNG and the JPEG all work. The PDF's pages say where the card is cut, so our file check measures the card and not the cut marks around it. See print-shop/order-your-design.
