The printer says my file is low resolution
All plansOur downloads are made at 300 dots per inch, so a low-resolution warning usually means a small picture, such as a logo, was stretched on the card.

Printers want 300 dots per inch at the size the card is printed. The PDF, PNG and JPEG from Print Design and from the canvas are all made at that resolution.
If the print would still look soft, the cause is usually a picture inside the design: a logo saved for a website and stretched across the card looks blurry however sharp the file around it is.
Download the file again from Print Design, rather than sending a screenshot or a photo of your screen.
Ask the printer to print it at its real size, without making it bigger.
If a logo or photo looks soft, choose the picture on the canvas and pick a larger file under The picture. The canvas is open on every plan; changing the pictures on My Card needs Pro.
Our print shop checks this for you when you upload a file: 300 dots per inch or more passes, 200 to 299 prints but may look a little soft, and under 200 is marked as a problem because it would come out blurry.
