You've been given a company card

Your company has made a card for you at its own address, such as yourcompany.visitingcards.store/your-name. The email that tells you so has your company's name in its subject, followed by "has a card waiting for you".

Taking your card

1. Open the link in the invitation email.

2. Check Your email and Your name.

3. Type a password in Choose a password, at least 10 characters.

4. Press Take my card. You are signed in and your card opens.

The link works once and expires after 7 days. If the page says This invitation is not open, ask whoever runs your company's account for a new one. See The invitation link says it's used or expired.

Your card

On a Locked card - where every seat starts - your dashboard has one screen, My card. (If your company switches your seat to the full dashboard, you get the card screens too, for your own card: see Your full dashboard as a team member.) At the top are three numbers: Card views, Contacts saved (the times people saved your contact from your card) and People who wrote. Open my card opens it the way other people see it.

1. Under Your details, fill in your name, job title, phone, WhatsApp, email and the rest.

2. The form is on your card from the start. Untick Let people leave their name and number on my card if you do not want it.

3. Press Save and publish. Every save goes live at once.

The look is your company's: your colours, style and logo are the same on every card on your team, and only whoever runs the account can change them - unless they switch your seat to the full dashboard, where you design your own card.
