A company account gives every person on your team their own card at your company's address, in your company's look. Seats come in blocks of 5, with at least 5, and company cards are cheaper per person than Pro on your own.
A seat is $0.79 a month, against $0.99 a month for Pro on your own.
1. Buy your seats
- New to us: on the sign-up page, press Get cards for your company. Type Your company's name, your own details, How many seats and Your company's address, then pay for the seats. See Signing up as a company.
- Already have an account: open Team, choose How many seats and press Buy seats and start your team. See Buying seats and starting your team.
Your team starts once the seats are paid for. Starting it from your own account makes that account your team account, with the same sign-in: your address then becomes your company page instead of your card, drawn from the card you have now, and that card also becomes the look every seat wears. Nothing you have made is deleted. A card of your own on the team is a seat like everyone else's, taken with an email address that has no account with us yet.
2. Set your company's look
Open Company page in the menu: on a company account it is your company card, and every seat wears its style, its colours and its logo. Only somebody you switch to the full dashboard designs their own card. Your company's own address is your company page, and it lists your people only if you switch that on. See Setting the company look and Your company page.
3. Invite your people
Open Team and find Invite New Team Member.
Type the person's Full Name and their Corporate Email.
Choose Their address, the part after your company's address, or leave it blank and we make one from their name. You can give the seat a new address later, and the old one keeps working.
Press Send Invite. They get an email with a link to choose a password; it works once and expires after 7 days.
Leave the email out and the seat waits until you are ready. See Inviting somebody to a seat.
4. Matching email signatures
On Signatures, the signature manager lets you set a company template under Brand compliance and add campaign banners under the signatures you choose. See The Email Signature Manager.
