What should the pre-filled message say?
ProSomething the other person only has to press send on, that tells you who they are and where they found you; you have 300 characters and three ready wordings to start from.
In your dashboard: People > WhatsApp > the Your number tab > the WhatsApp Configuration panel

It is the first thing you read in your own WhatsApp, so make it tell you who is writing and why. A short sentence with your name and a reason works best, such as "Hi Sara, I saved your card at the fair and would like a price."
- You have up to 300 characters in Default Pre-filled Inquiry Message.
- Quick Template Presets gives three ready wordings. Press one to put it in the box, then change it as you like.
- Client Chat Preview shows the message as the other person will send it, as you type.
- Copy Text copies the words, for use somewhere else.
Leave the box empty and their WhatsApp opens with nothing typed. Press Save when you are happy with it.
