Sending one message to everyone
Pro + WhatsAppOn the Send to everyone tab, write one message in up to three ways, save it as a draft, then accept the note and start it; you can pause it or call it off.
In your dashboard: People > WhatsApp > the Send to everyone tab > the Write one button
Last updated
It goes to Everyone who has written to you. There is no other group to choose, because we only message people who wrote to you first.
Open WhatsApp and the Send to everyone tab.
Under Write one, say What is it about, for your own list.
Write the message in Way one, and if you can in Way two and Way three too. One is enough to save it; three keeps your number out of trouble, because people do not all get the same sentence.
Press Save as a draft. Nothing goes to anybody yet.
On the draft's card, read the note Before you send this to everybody, tick the box, and press the start button. It names how many people it reaches.
You tick the note again every time you start a message. It goes out slowly on purpose and only in the daytime, and the card shows how far it has got.
- Pause stops it. People already sent to keep it, and nobody else gets it until you press Start it again.
- Call it off ends it. Anything already handed over to be sent still goes.
- If several messages fail in a row, it stops by itself and says why.
- Finished and called-off messages move to Finished, with how many went.
Some drafts are written for you: a greeting for a holiday you switched on, or a note when your details changed. Nothing goes until you start it.
