Can I get my contacts out as a spreadsheet?

Yes. Export to CSV on the People screen downloads the list in a file Excel, Numbers and Sheets all open. Every export is recorded in our audit trail with the number of rows, because it is personal data leaving the system and that should never happen invisibly.
