What does Saved Devices mean? I do not recognise anybody there.

That list is now called Devices That Opened Your Card, and the name says what it is: one row for each phone or computer that has opened your card, not a person. Unless somebody also filled in your form, we do not know who they are and neither do you - a visitor who opens a card has not agreed to be identified. What a row does give you is the ability to send that phone a notification later, if they also pressed Enable on the card.
