What the list of devices that opened your card tells you

Pro

Devices That Opened Your Card has one row for each phone or computer that has opened your card, showing whether it added your card to its home screen and turned on notifications.

In your dashboard: People > People > Devices That Opened Your Card

Last updated

  1. Open People from the sidebar.

  2. Scroll down to Devices That Opened Your Card, under the people who wrote to you.

A phone or computer gets its row the first time it opens your card, and keeps that one row however often it comes back. There is no name on a row: it is a device, not a person.

The columns

  • Device: iPhone or iPad, Android, or Other, which is usually a computer.
  • On the home screen: Yes when that phone added your card to its home screen.
  • Notifications: On when that phone allowed notifications from your card and still has them on. These are the phones you can reach from Notify.
  • Came from: the tracked link that first brought it, or Straight to the card.
  • First seen and Last seen: when it first opened your card, and when it last did.

The list shows your 200 most recent devices. Nothing in it says who owns a device. If that person also sent you the Stay in touch form, they are in the list above, but the two lists are not joined on the screen.

The list is part of Pro, which is $0.99 a month. On the free plan it is shown greyed with the Pro feature pill, together with the first three counts at the top of People.
