What's on the People screen
All plansPeople shows four counts on every plan, and on Pro it lists everyone who sent you their details through your card and every phone or computer that opened it.
In your dashboard: People > People > Contacts & Devices
Last updated
Open People from the sidebar of your dashboard.
The screen is called Contacts & Devices, and it holds two lists: the people who wrote to you through your card, and the phones and computers that opened it.
The people who wrote to you
Exchange Form Submissions lists everyone who sent you their details with the Stay in touch form on your card, newest first. Each entry shows their name, their company and message when they gave them, their phone and email, the day they wrote, and which of your tracked links brought them when one did.
Tap a phone number to call it, or an email address to write to them. The screen shows your 200 most recent entries; the download carries up to 5,000. See Exporting your contacts to a spreadsheet.
Devices That Opened Your Card
At the bottom, Devices That Opened Your Card has one row for each phone or computer that has opened your card. There are no names there: a device is not a person. See What the list of devices that opened your card tells you.
The four counts at the top
- Contacts saved: how many times people pressed the button on your card that saves your contact to their phone, since the start. The line under it reads Save contact presses.
- My Card Saved: the phones that added your card to their home screen.
- Push Allowed: the phones that turned on notifications from your card and still have them on. These are the phones you can send a notification to.
- Form Leads: the number of entries in the list of people who wrote to you.
On the free plan
Everyone who writes to you is kept on every plan. On the free plan, People shows how many people wrote; reading them, the download, the list of phones and computers that opened your card and the first three counts are part of Pro, which is $0.99 a month. On the free plan they are shown greyed, marked Pro feature.
On a company account, the seats' cards collect their own contacts. See Whose contacts are these on a company account?.
