All plansOn the free plan your card's form keeps every message and People shows how many people wrote; reading them, downloading them and the devices that opened your card come with Pro.

Your card's Stay in touch form works on every plan, and everything people send you through it is kept. On the free plan, People shows how many people have written to you under Exchange Form Submissions; their names, numbers and messages are there to read on Pro, and every one is waiting the day you move to Pro.
Three things on People are part of Pro, which is $0.99 a month:
- Reading the people who wrote to you: their names, numbers and messages.
- Downloading the list with Export to CSV.
- Devices That Opened Your Card, the list of phones and computers that opened your card, and the first three counts at the top.
On the free plan these are shown greyed with a Pro feature pill, and the banner at the top of the screen has an Upgrade button that takes you to Billing.
Sending notifications, messages that send themselves and reminders are part of Pro too. See Why are some screens greyed out?.
On Home, the Contacts Exchanged count shows how many people have written to you, on the free plan as on Pro.
