Somebody asked me to delete their details

If somebody asks you to delete the details they sent you, you should do it. People has no remove button, so we do it for you.

1. Open Help from the sidebar of your dashboard.

2. Under Direct Concierge Support, write a Subject such as Remove a contact.

3. In Message, give the person's name and the phone number or email they sent you, so we remove the right entry.

4. Press Send Message to Support.

If you downloaded your list before, delete them from your own copy too.

The person can also write to us themselves. The privacy link on your card's form tells them how. See Asking a card owner to delete my details.
