Can I take my data with me?
All plansYes: download your contacts from People and your counts from Analytics on Pro, your print designs and invoices on every plan, and ask us for anything else.
In your dashboard: People > People > the Export to CSV button

- Your contacts: Export to CSV on People downloads everyone who sent you their details, as a file for any spreadsheet app. It is part of Pro, which is $0.99 a month. See Exporting your contacts to a spreadsheet.
- Your counts: Export CSV on Analytics downloads your views, new phones and computers and QR scans, one row per day. It is part of Pro. See Exporting analytics.
- Your printed card design: Download PDF on Print Design, or a picture of it. See What can I download, and which file do I send a printer?.
- Your invoices: each one on Billing has Download PDF. See Where are my invoices?.
- On a company account, the owner and admins can download the team's list with Export to CSV on Team.

Good to know
Download what you want to keep before you delete your account: nothing can be brought back afterwards.
