What do you keep about me?

All plans

Your account details, everything on your card, your links and their counts, the people who wrote to you, what you send from your dashboard, and your invoices.

When you have an account with us, we keep:

  • Your account: the email you sign in with, your account's name, your card's web address, your country and your time zone, and which plan and add-ons you have.
  • Your card: everything you type and upload on it, both the draft and what you published, and your print designs.
  • Your links and QR codes, and how many times each was opened or scanned.
  • The numbers behind your card: how many people opened it, from which country, and what they tapped. See A tour of Analytics.
  • The phones and computers that opened your card: one line for each, with the kind of phone, the browser and when it last opened your card. It holds no name and no IP address.
  • The people who wrote to you through your card, with what they sent. See How long are contacts kept?.
  • What you send from your dashboard: your notifications, your pass messages and, with the WhatsApp add-on, your WhatsApp messages.
  • Your orders, event registrations and bookings, if you sell from your card.
  • Your invoices, the messages you send us from Help, and the emails you send to hello@visitingcards.store.
  • A record of the important things done on your account. See Is there a record of changes on my account?.

We never see or keep your full bank card number: payments are made on a payment page, not on our screens.

The Privacy Policy page lists all of this in full, with what we keep about the people who open your card. How long each thing is kept is in How long do you keep things?. To remove everything, delete your account: see Deleting your account.
