A tour of Analytics
ProAnalytics shows how people find and use your card: four counts, activity by day, the steps visitors take, where they came from, their devices and countries, and your busiest times.
In your dashboard: Insights > Analytics > Analytics & Performance Insights
Last updated
Open Analytics from the sidebar. The screen is called Analytics & Performance Insights.
Choosing the period
At the top, choose 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days or 1 Year. The panels then cover that period, all but the list of visitor sessions. The screen opens on 30 days. Export CSV beside them downloads the numbers day by day. See Exporting analytics.
What is on the screen
- Four counts at the top: your views, saved contacts, wallet passes and the people who wrote to you. See Views, contact saves and scans: what each number means.
- Activity Over Time: views, new phones and computers that opened your card, and QR scans, by day. See Activity over time.
- Card Engagement Funnel: the steps from opening your card to sending you their details. See The card engagement funnel.
- Acquisition Channels: what brought each visitor. See Where your visitors came from.
- Device Distribution: iPhones, Android phones and computers. See Phones, computers and systems.
- Peak Networking Heatmap: the days and times your card is opened most. See Your busiest times.
- Geographic Reach: countries, with cities under them. See Countries and cities.
- Interactive Links & Actions (CTR): every button on your card and how often it is pressed. See Which buttons and links people tap.
- Per link: each tracked link's scans, the phones and computers it brought, and the people who wrote to you through it.
- Visitor sessions: one row per visit. See Visitor sessions, and why some visitors are missing.
Beside three of the counts, a small pill compares this period with the same length of time just before it: a rise in green, a fall in red, and New when the period before had nothing. Point at the pill to see both numbers.
Analytics is part of Pro, which is $0.99 a month. On the free plan the screen shows your own real numbers, greyed and out of reach.
Numbers start once your card is published and people open it.
