The card engagement funnel
ProThe Card Engagement Funnel follows visitors from opening your card to sending you their details, in six steps, with each step compared to the one before.

Open Analytics from the sidebar and choose the period at the top.
Find Card Engagement Funnel under the chart.
The funnel lines up six steps for the period you chose. Each shows a number and its share of the first step.
- Card Impressions: every time your card was opened.
- Profile Engaged: visits that did more than open the card once: the visitor opened it again or pressed something. These come from the visit records, so visitors who were not recorded there are not counted. See Visitor sessions, and why some visitors are missing.
- Links & Social Taps: every press of a button or social link on your card.
- Contacts saved: the times people saved your contact from your card in the period. These presses are among the taps in the step above, so the funnel narrows again here.
- Added to Apple / Google Wallet: your wallet passes, Apple and Google, that reached a phone in the period and are still on one.
- Exchanged Lead Info: each time someone sent you the Stay in touch form.
Beside each step, a figure in brackets compares it with the step above. When the step is smaller, it shows how much smaller, as a percentage in red. When it is bigger, because one visitor can press many buttons, it shows how many there were for each one of the step above instead, such as taps per engaged visitor.
Conversion Benchmark, in the corner, is the times people saved your contact as a share of your views. It is about your card alone and is not compared with anyone else's.
With 1 Year chosen, Profile Engaged covers only the last 120 days, because visit records are kept for 120 days. The panel says so.
