Views, contact saves and scans: what each number means
All plansA view is each time your card opens, a save is each time someone saves your contact from it, a device is each phone or computer that opened it, and a scan is each opening of a tracked link.

The same few words appear on Home, People, the Share & QR screen and Analytics. Here is what each one counts.
Views
A view is counted each time your card finishes opening in someone's browser. One person opening it three times is three views. A preview of your link inside a chat app is not a view.
Contact saves
A save is counted each time someone presses the button on your card that saves your contact to their phone or computer: Save contact, unless you have renamed it. These are the numbers called Card Saves on Home, Contacts saved on People, Team and Analytics (a tile and a step of the funnel), and Saves, all time on the Share & QR screen.
Devices
Some numbers count phones and computers rather than visits. Each one is counted once, from the first time it opens your card, however often it comes back. They are the rows under Devices That Opened Your Card on People, New devices on the Analytics chart, and the Devices column for each link. A device that went further, and added your card to its home screen or turned on notifications, is counted on its own as well.
Scans
A scan is counted each time one of your tracked links is opened, whether someone scanned its QR code or tapped the link. A link preview in a chat app is not counted. See What counts as a scan?.
