Exporting analytics
ProExport CSV on Analytics downloads your card's views, new phones and computers, and QR scans for the chosen period, one row per day, as a file for any spreadsheet app.
In your dashboard: Insights > Analytics > the Export CSV button
Last updated
Open Analytics from the sidebar.
Choose the period at the top: 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days or 1 Year.
Press Export CSV.
Open the file in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
The file has one row for each day in the period that had any activity, even when the chart groups days together. It has four columns: Day, Card views, New phones or computers that opened the card, and QR scans. The third column counts the phones and computers that opened your card for the very first time on that day.
It carries your daily totals only, with nothing about any one visitor.
Downloading is part of Pro, which is $0.99 a month. On the free plan the button is greyed with the rest of the screen.
To download the people who wrote to you, use Export to CSV on People. See Exporting your contacts to a spreadsheet.
