Visiting Cards.Store

Where your visitors came from

Pro

Acquisition Channels splits your visitors by how they reached your card: printed and event QR codes, your plain address, your wallet pass, your email signature and your other links.

In your dashboard: Insights > Analytics > Acquisition Channels

Last updated

Acquisition Channels on Analytics shows what brought people to your card in the period, as a number and a share of the total.

  • Dynamic QR Code: scans of your tracked links whose purpose is Printed card or An event.
  • NFC Smart Card Tap: shows not measured yet. An NFC card opens your card like any other link, so we cannot tell a tap from a scan.
  • Direct Vanity URL: views that came through none of your tracked links, such as someone typing your card's address.
  • Apple & Google Wallet Pass: scans of your links whose purpose is Wallet card.
  • Email Signature Links: scans of your links whose purpose is Email signature.

Links with any other purpose, such as The card itself, Social profile or Something else, follow underneath when they had scans in the period.

A link's purpose is the Channel / Purpose you chose when you made it on Links & QR. It groups the numbers and nothing more. See Choosing a Channel / Purpose.

For each link on its own, see Per link further down: its scans, the phones and computers it brought (Devices) and the people who wrote to you through it (Wrote to you).

Good to know

Make a separate link for each place you hand your card out, and this panel tells you which one works.
